@Krunoslav When I grew up under the various forms of civilian police brutality (1960s & 70s), it was said To Protect & To Serve meant ~ to protect your from yourself and to serve you warrants for your arrest The civilian police in the military town where I grew up at, the old timers all said those cops were the hooligans of the village when younger and all were miscreants even as sworn officers to uphold the law, sending innocent people to prison under suspicion and outright lies. The State was equally as guilty, as there were innocent people on death row awaiting execution. It seems the psychological tests for being a officer were/are universal. Surely, there has to be good ones but the potential for bad behaviour must be present in all of them, part of the fraternity mindset, I guess. There can not be that many bad ones slipping through the cracks of the safety tests, you would think. When the Rodney King riots happened, you did not see any police anywhere for months. There was an actual drop in crime, even the record number of murders across the country dropped. Coincidence? When you did see the police, they traveled 3 in a car and 2 cars together. It was late summer before I ever saw a lone policeman, I figured he did not have a guilty work record with the public. The police here have created their own imbroglio, but so has all the other government agencies. I would like to say that Blue Lives Matter, but personal experience and observations, the empirical evidence cannot be refuted or ignored. All Lives Matter.

not sure on that one, if you went to a parking garage by Sears Tower they took your car down in levels of basement floors....there use to be a elevator like that on Lawrence Avenue and just east of Broadway in the late 1970s, but it was converted with ramps to the floors, elevator usage was shut down after some grisly accidents and eventually that place was tore down in the 1990s, it was next to the Aragon Ballroom; and Al Capone's favorite bar was near that corner lol

@iThink No on some there is not with leg traps. Fur bearers can be farmed, like mink farms or fox, but then you are back to the cognitive dissonance of the PETA mindset. You cannot have it both ways. Perhaps you should watch some TV shows like Life Below Zero or Mountain Men and maybe you will understand the 'smarts' & wariness of some of those predators. Can't say we have had puma attacks here, but out West I do recall a few incidents. I may be quite chauvinistic from my empirical evidence observation, but it is based upon those eating tide pods, licking toilets, or attempting to grow a garden in occupied Portland CHAZ and the real city slickers from Memphis or St.Louis. I have yet to see a lick of common sense from any of them.
