The only reason Goldman Sachs Is interested in the environment is because it created a 22 billion dollar market for trading carbon credits.

This dose nothing to stop pollution and only allows companies that do so to avoid fines that would cost more than the carbon credits.

They exploit issues, thereby turning problems into revenue streams.

The overwhelming majority of corporations that engage in "Green" initiatives, do so to create a win for them economically in the short term , which mostly negates true positive environmental impacts because it sacrifices the sacrifice that is needed for a positive win. It should be an expectation that we should be good stewards of that which we are blessed with.

The carbon credits system is ludicrous. It’s a way of claiming something has been done without actually doing it.
