It does not fit their agenda of promoting white man as the originator of all the ills in this world. To look at the fat this "black" answer to apartheid has been ten times worse than apartheid was would be to admit they were wrong about their solution

@dmatic And if you think about them putting Iran in charge of their Women's rights division a few years back makes ya think they have a thing against women too
I am a Boer. A sub group of the Afrikaner... the ones who refused to submit to British rule four time’s. First we came from Europe; Netherlands, France and Germany (and also what is now Belgium) to life in religious freedom and peace. We formed the Afrikaners (this included non-whites Khoi etc who intermarried , originally we were very non-racist). The British came and took the Cape during the Anglo-Dutch wars. They oppressed everyone as they do.
The Afrikaner stayed in the Cape under British rule. A small group refused this and left. We were called the Voortrekkers to find new a new country for all Afrikaners.
We Trekked from the Western Cape to form the three independent (and very successful countries). Many Afrikaner joined and we formed the Boer republics.
Britain first took Republic of Natalia, then fought two wars against us. The first we won, the second we lost when the British genocided our women and children.
Britain send more troops in that war than the total population of the republics.
Till today it was the third most expensive and deadly war for the British.... only the world wars were worse.
United again in 1902 as Afrikaners, We took our country back slowly, first in 1910 and fully in 1960. We became again very successful. The British hated us for that.
Today we are leaving, finding new countries to live in and where we go we are leaders... always the top
Demographic in Australia and New Zealand... among the top in US and Canada, the UK and where we go every where else.
Like the Jews, we are inherently successful and hated because of that.

I don't remember much at all of what I was taught about the Boer wars when I was a kid. I do seem to remember it more in favor of the British stance.
I remember 30 years ago how protesting apartheid, and white rule in South Africa was all the rage in this country. It was put into television shows, and movies. Lethal Weapon 2 was written around anti-apartheid sentiments. Yet none of those people today, like Danny Glover have a damned thing to say about what has been happening there since Winnie and her crew were in power back when, and they sure as hell stay quiet about what is happening today.

@KCSantiago what is most ironic about Lethal Weapon 2 was that hipocrate Australialian, racist through and through pretending to be the good guy.
Apartheid should be seen in the context of the times. Very easy now to say it was a mistake... however if you look at the whole history and what was happening in the world at the time, you can understand how it came about.
The British side looks fair from afar if you ignore what happened the previous 100 years.
The Boer side and and later Apartheid looks unfair from afar until you take into context everything else.
Not making excuses or being apologetic, however history is never straight forward.
@Hanno I fully appreciate your sentiment here. I am a son of the south. I know at least 3 of my great great grandfathers fought for the Confederacy in Lincoln's War. I am supposed to be thoroughly ashamed of not only myself, but my ancestors, even though none of them owned slaves. I am not ashamed at all though because I have since learned the real history behind secession, the war, and the fact that had the former Confederates been listened to after the war race relations in this country would be so much better off than what the legacy the yankees gave us. Not only that but I also believe this country, and the world would have been better off in the long run had the Confederacy won the war.
@KCSantiago I would be interested to hear your thoughts defending the idea that the world would be better if the Confederacy would have won the war. Still haven't reached a conclusion in my own mind about all that. thanks
