That's Paul writing to Gentile believers. It is totally amazing to realize that the veil of blindness cast by Yeshua on Israel for not knowing the time of their visitation (Luke 19:41-44) is already slowly being lifted up. Times of refreshing are not too far away now, but not until after Daniel's 70th week. Faith for most, sadly - Israeli or not - do not come in a vacuum. It comes when we are at the end of our ropes, as what my conversion experience was about.
