Many Americans who abhor the Left are also hyper-critical of the man who could have prevented most if not all of this because the media mantra of "Orange Man Bad" drummed into the public consciousness 24/7 since 2016 has gotten under their skins. The question that begs to be asked is, did y'all vote for this? Realize that bombarded with even "Jesus is bad" 24/7 for years, the most devoted yet unaware Christian's brain will start to get re-wired. Awareness of and understanding the concept and workings of subliminal brainwashing helps to harden and steel the mind. If you're a Christian, think of this as the leaven that we've all been warned against.
