I'm seeing massive similarities between BLM and Trans activism. Ex : If you're not completely compliant with what we are saying, you're excommunicated from the black / LGBT community. What have you noticed that's similar between both movements?

OK... Marxism- Black power- Valerie Solanas-gloria Steinem ++++ "Looking thru a lens" + Queer theory AND thus the offspring BLM & Trans activism
OOOhhh and the random irrational thought " all penetration is rape"... yup it's in uni texts

Why do so many people want to be apart of a “community”? Is individualism so scary that people want to join a hive mind collective based on hyper simplified morality or virtue signaling?
“I’m a straight male so OBVIOUSLY I’ll agree with everything another straight male says” ?!?! it!
“I’m a lesbian so I obviously have to agree with everything the lgbt community says” or...what?
It’s cult behavior.
Society isn’t a family and it never will be no matter how many laws people put in place to try to make it so.

Is it a lack of personal responsibility?
Is it people being totally fine with other people making decisions for them?
Or is it a deep hunger for being accepted by a lot of people?

Hey Arielle!

Just watched your latest video on BLM and how the mentality is so similar to that of radical trans topics. Loved it, by the way - your guest was great.

I wanted to share this with you, in case you haven't seen it already.

On page three of this HRC resource document, you can read new word definitions like:
"Front Hole" - which is to say, "internal genitals" which can sometimes lubricate themselves.

And, the kicker is this: A Vagina is no longer a woman's body part. Oh, no no no... a vagina is "Genitals of trans women who've undergone bottom surgery."

See what they did there? So crafty those language ninjas.

Seems like Govts. of the world who are in the UN, are receiving their dictates from said body and decimates the propaganda in their respective countries, in the most effective way for that particular country.

Here in Canada, it's all about being nice and respectful. Sure, you don't need to understand or even agree with whoever is telling you red is blue. The problem is we seem to apply that way of benevolent thinking towards govt. changes in policies, and culture changes as well.

In the U.S. they've attacked your pride and made you feel like horrible people if you weren't agreeing or at least, keeping your mouth shut... as you've said. So, they're trying to make you into us... well, don't let them!

I love the United States of America and its constitution. The idea and the experiment of it... the fruits it bared far outweighed its corruption until the corruption became to obvious to miss.

Quebec, my province, tends to be a bit more like Americans in that way. More combative, defensive of our culture. Of course, we're also called the most racist province in the country by the other province - or so the media would have us think. Anyway, I digress...

I felt chatty and thought I'd send you that link - I almost fell off my chair when I read "front hole", not gonna lie. lol

It is very hard to be someone who still holds progressive views in 2020 but also has a conscience. I support black people. I support trans people. I am pro-environment. I am pro-single payer. BUT I am pro free speech--something BLM and transactivists shut down. I am pro debate something BLM and transactivism shut down.

Sadly, my line in the sand is on free speech and open dialogue because without these every single leftist movemeent in history has become cruel and totalitarian super fast. I can't hang with the left anymore and that makes me feel homeless but I also know that makes me right.

When a choice scares you it probably is the right one.

we have the same views on all of those things

Both movements are just Marxism in different clothes. They're not similar, They're the same just switch out the word black for trans and the word racism for transphobia.

I find it to be nothing but ideologues that have theories not based on reality. Someone makes the blueprint for how you become an activist for XYZ movement based off their theory but don't discuss it with people who are actually in the community or they listen to the loudest voices from XYZ community. The loudest voices tend to be the craziest voices.

Their theories are not based in reality. They don't care to know how it really affects people or what real people think.

Most of these leading activists are totalitarians and just care about having the power to dictate what happens in peoples lives. Stalin doesn't ask how his policy effects you, he just does it.

The ex-communication is part of the cult nature. They can't afford to have outside voices fuck up their scam with logic.

  1. Intersectionality/talk about "privilege."
The goal is to hit the intersectionality jackpot and prove you are the Most Oppressed of All. This kind of discussion takes the place of discussing real and actual events that have happened to individuals. -- Meaning a person will claim they are "oppressed" whether or not they have had an actual event of oppression occur to them personally.

  2. BLM activists who aren't black/trans activists who aren't trans.
I'm seeing a lot of people who aren't trans jumping on the trans activist bandwagon. It seems like these people don't actually care about my opinion (the opinion of a real trans person), but they want to shout the slogans they saw on Twitter hashtags and tell me I'm a transphobe for not agreeing with them.

i agree with you

They’re both based on feelings, not facts.

BLM falls apart in the face of the true statistics about crime and police on black violence.

Trans activism falls apart when in the face of biology and scientific criticism.

To a great extent they reflect the significant lack of intellectual development in most educational settings. So many kids coming out of HS and into college are incapable of understanding rational discourse and disagreement that they just flip their shit if you tell them something outside their world view. The are not capable of handling anything but the orthodoxy they have been spoon fed. Part of this is a result of the monodimensional unthinking response of the schools to perceived bullying problems and other similar issues; instead of focusing on the conduct of the malefactors, they create one size fits none rules about how to interact.
We get interns and applicants who are not able to handle what we see and do; sometimes are not capable of getting help with projects they don't understand well enough because they have been so weakened that initiative is as unlikely as sprouting horns. They also can't see nuance and have a hard time with the idea of personal responsibility. When we get a candidate who isn't weak and squeamish it's a shock.

They provoke similar reactions from the right!

haha also true

They are both EXTREME COMMUNIST movements and they need stamping out.

They come from the same place of marxism and hatred of the west.
