A relevant quote (relevant to Voluntary Mutual Defense):

So...criminals are currently running amok, and they are destroying innocent lives on a Global scale, the worst of the worst since the Evil Nazi Regime.
Where is the law?

Such a lawsuit would also open the door to pretrial discovery, which requires all relevant evidence to be presented to the other party. Destruction or withholding evidence has serious consequences, as "the party withholding or … destroying evidence loses the case under these evidence rules."
The criminals hatch a plan with malice aforethought, follow through with the diabolical plan, and the world we live in is now littered with victims suffering as a result. The victims then ask the criminals for a chance to make the criminals give back some of the money they stole?
Does anyone else see a problem here?
