When a criminal can get away with adding Purchasing Power to their Bank Account by book-keeping entry, that criminal can buy anything that money can buy by simply adding zeros to any Purchase Order with a Purchase Agreement, a Purchase Price, and a Power Transfer; a transfer of numbers from the buyers account to the sellers account.
