Why comment? Why discuss? Why is this of any interest to anyone ever?

Alone an individual is relatively powerless when targeted by a well organized criminal gang, and especially powerless when the gang pretends to be the ONLY means by which an individual can be safe and secure in pursuit of happiness.

Defensive power requires some work with like minded people sharing the goal of defense against all enemies foreign and in government offices.

"The first purpose of the empirical studies [of regulatory policy] is to identify the purpose of the legislation! The announced goals of the policy are sometimes unrelated or perversely related to its actual effects and the truly intended effects should be deduced from the actual effects. This is not a tautology designed to gloss over a hard problem, but instead a hypothesis on the nature of political life.... If an economic policy has been adopted by many communities, or if it is persistently pursued by a society over a long span of time, it is fruitful to assume that the real effects were known and desired."
Footnote for above: Stigler, "Theory of Economic Regulation."

So stupid and servile people made stupid and servile in Public Schools would likely be the intended effect of Public School without confessions.

Oh, wait, there are confessions.

"The Six Purposes of Schooling" - John Taylor Gatto

“Now you are ready to hear the six purposes of modern schooling taken directly from Dr. Anglisse’s book.”

“The first function of schooling is adjustive. Schools are to establish fixed habits of reaction to authority. It is fixed habits of reaction. Notice that this precludes critical judgment completely. Notice too that requiring obedience to stupid orders is a much better test of function one than following sensible orders ever could be. You don’t know whether people are reflexibly obedient unless they will march right off the cliff.”

“How can you establish weather someone has successfully developed this automatic reaction, because people have a proclivity when they are given sensible orders to follow? That is not what they want to reach. The only way to measure this is to give stupid orders, and people automatically follow those. Now you have achieved function one.”

The word regulate in context of the people and whatever is passing as a defensive government at that time, was, in the past, actions by the people spontaneously, organically, from grass-roots, as these victims of criminal acts perpetrated by criminals counterfeiting government offices, rose up in defense against those clear and present dangers to life, liberty, property, the pursuit of happiness, and the means to defend all.

The regulators were regulating the government, not the other way around.

That appears to be lost on a lot of the stupid and servile survivors of Publick Indoctrination.

Statues, Ordinances, Acts, of, by, and for the people, are invariably going to be orders that are ordering government office holders to do what they are told to do.

You must, for example, presume innocence until proven guilty.

But, as a rule, criminals don't follow rules.

How that can be news to anyone is beyond me.
