Abuses of language, or more accurately the use of fraud, does not STAND at all, since it is propped up on legs of legal fiction and founded upon quicksand, so those who attempt to STAND on legs of fraud, founded on the abuse of language, are forever trapped in complete dependence under the necessary and proper work required to keep the fraud believable as the victims defend their STAND on the supply of the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help US God.

The work done by the deceivers abusing language and committing themselves to a life in outlawry, forever working to satisfy a never-ending need to cover up their crimes, results, alerts, inspires and CAUSES the victims to also have to work even faster in the necessary and proper work of discovery, validation, and prosecution of each criminal before each criminal threatens to harm the least of US, so help US God.

WHO are the Witch Hunters forever looking for and dealing with their enemies of their Infantile States?

Do they confess?

Where are the fraudulently accusing Witch Hunters hiding in their torture chambers as they fraudulently accuse innocent people of a fraudulent crime of fraudulent insurrection against the fraudulent Witch Hunters fraudulently hiding in their torture chambers?

In plain sight?

They confess to the stupid and servile victims of fraud; dummies.

They confess in writing on their official sounding accusations during their Witch Hunts, so any claims that they cannot be found, or any claims that there is no evidence to justify a necessary and proper lawful defense against them or any claims that they have immunity from prosecution by law and order, due process, and The Law of The Land, are confessions confessed by the criminals that identify themselves with their neon signs, at that crime scene where they are caught red-handed and dead-to-rights uttering the evidence that convicts them of TREASON against Humanity, also known as the people in any republic earning the Title.

Confessions of treason against republicans having earned the Title of a Republic federated with any other Republic warrant a Cause of Action at law, leading to a Trial by Jury with the necessary and proper speed warranted to avoid the next victim falling.

“Citizen Presentments Are Vital”

People present the inculpatory evidence that arrests a criminal and prevents injury to an innocent victim. People present this evidence to people. People then pat each other on the back for having prevented injury to innocent victims. What does a “citizen” have to do with due process of law?

Why should people act responsibly when evidence of a criminal injury threatens people in a republic earning the Title?

Because it is morally justified and therefore warranted by the facts that matter in each case.

“See the Shasta County, CA example at the end of the next chapter. If the Grand Jury is to be a real instrument of the People, then any citizen needs to be able to present a complaint to a Grand Jury. This is vital. In 1794, U. S. Attorney General William Bradford announced that citizens did not need to go through a committing magistrate to approach a Grand Jury with a presentment (see Chapter 7).”

So there is the fraud. If you cannot see it, here is your sign, you are a victim of fraud.

The people either defend the people or the people are victims of this common Legal Fiction fraud.

Either the people validate each other as prosecutors in fact, both de jure and de facto, because where we go one we go all, and if even the least of us is in danger, then all of us are warranted with the moral duty to prosecute the CAUSE of that danger, avoiding fraudulent accusations, or the innocent victim falls by our lack of moral responsibility.

Why does one of us claim that we must be anointed as a “citizen” before we are “given” a “license” to be morally responsible?

If you still cannot see the Legal Fiction fraud, here is your sign, you are a victim of fraud, and that sign means that you are also fully capable of every power under the law also empowering everyone else, as a private prosecutor in fact, both de jure and de facto, according to The Law of The Land, Statute, Code, and due process, originating inside each independent individual at the original jurisdiction crime scene, where the fraudulent currency passes the brain border, invading the mind, and turning the victim into a fellow criminal, no longer capable of self-defense, let alone defending anyone else.
