The shield remaining to The People is the power to vote as individuals during a jury trial. The People (as individuals) can vote to set The People free from the government in a jury trial. The collective sum total of all The People voting to set The People free adds up as each individual votes in each individual case before The People for judicial adjudication by The People in defense against The Government: The Shield.

The sword (common law, the law of the land, the peaceful solution) is to contact, to communicate, and to honorably inform the aggressors of the real, honest, qualitative, and quantitative intention to dutifully defend against aggression by Government Agents who turn to crime while Government Agents fraudulently criminalize (aggression upon the innocent) government power.

There is an example, again along the lines of a Declaration of Independence, a Solemn Notice of Mixed War, a Commercial Lean Right, and a Military Lean Right foundation.

A Notice of Liability is a step from pure defense (voting in trial juries) to offense: Notice of Liability.
