Kyle Rittenhouse Roman Civil Rules Persecution of Defense Case

“Active Shooter” says “I’m going to the police.”

The police are ordered to Stand Down, and allow rioters the opportunity to riot without risk of prosecution.

In Roman Civil Rules the Rulers must Over-Rule common laws of common people free in liberty, and therefore Roman Civil Rulers must Persecute Defense of the people, by the people, and for the people as a whole.

Roman Civil Rulers must enforce obedience from Top to Bottom, or, failing that, the people will organically, and from grass-roots, form into defensive organizations.

A clear division between Roman Civil Rules and common laws of free people in Liberty, and therefore a clear division between Roman Civil rules and the common law, is a division between Top Down Obedience and Bottom Up Defense against Tyranny.

A clear division between Tyranny and Liberty is the time between an offense by an offender upon an innocent victim and the desired goal of holding the offender to an accurate accounting of the facts that matter materially in the case of the offense by the guilty criminal up on the innocent victim.

Roman Civil Rules affords the rulers the time they need to deceive the people, the more complicated the case, the more time is needed to deceive the people, when Roman Civil Rulers are enforcing Blind Obedience to Falsehood Without Question. This is clearly what happens when terms like “Slow Walking the Case” become current terms currently used by people describing how Roman Civil Rules are used to delay justice, so as to deny justice, giving criminals yet more opportunity to perpetrate yet more injury to yet more innocent victims.

A very clear case of Justice Delayed is the Martin Luther King Jr. Conspiracy Murder Trial, and this case is instructive for many other reasons why Roman Civil Rules is demonstrably not common law due processes of law, the law of the land, with independent grand juries, and independent trial juries.

Martin Luther King Jr was murdered by conspirators in the government and conspirators not in the government, on April 4, 1968. Conspiracy murder involving government officers is a criminal case, a treason in common law. The MLK Murder Case was a deal made between the existing Roman Civil Rulers and the family of the victim, to allow the case to be held as a Civil Case with a mix of Roman Civil Rules and common law trial by jury.

question did Loyd Jowers participate in a
conspiracy to do harm to Dr. Martin Luther
King, your answer is yes.

Do you also find that others, including governmental agencies, were parties to this conspiracy as alleged by
the defendant? Your answer to that one is
also yes.

And the total amount of damages
you find for the plaintiffs entitled to is
one hundred dollars. Is that your verdict?

THE JURY: Yes (In unison).

Now, and again, the difference between Roman Civil Rules and the common law is the time that intentionally lapses between the time of the crime and the time of the criminal trial. No one was specifically found guilty of conspiracy murder in a common law criminal trial by jury case against those in government who conspired to, and did, murder Martin Luther King Jr. Had that been done, had the law been in use in America, it is possible that the life of Robert Kennedy, also murdered, would have been prevented, as it is possible that those accountable for the conspiracy murder of Martin Luther King Jr. are also the ones accountable for the conspiracy murder of John and Bobby Kennedy. John first, Martin second, and Bobby third in succession. All those guilty were free to conspire to murder while operating from governmental powers then, and now.

Case 2:

“A jury of twelve local farmers, all men and all white according to Levinson, rule in favor of Freeman in 1781, giving her freedom and awarding her 30 shillings in damages.”

Again, slavery was enforced by Top Down Orders to be obeyed without question, some obeyed, some did not, as witnessed above, in again a Civil Case, with a mix of Roman Civil Rulers allowing a common law trial by jury case, involving criminal kidnap, criminal extortion, and obvious treason, since those in power were banking on the Human Trafficking Markets as confessed by Thomas Jefferson in a Declaration of Independence, a common law document, and in the words of Thomas Jefferson explaining the reasons for delaying justice concerning the Human Traffickers at that time.

As with the delay of justice leading to the conspiracy murder of Bobby Kennedy, no one was allowed to criminally prosecute the conspiracy murderers of Martin Luther King Jr, so is the delay concerning the Human Traffickers, as those treasonous criminals delaying criminal trials of Human Traffickers in 1781, led to a Civil War after decades of the people forced to subsidize the criminal Human Trafficking Trade.

Failure to criminally prosecute those who are on the record inciting riots, funding riots, leads to further injuries done to innocent people by guilty people.
