So far from the original law power have we (as a species) come generally (there are exceptions to this general rule), that the simple facts are buried deep within the mired pile of falsehoods to a point at which almost no one can see the simple, self-evident, facts as they broadcast their existence in the bright sunlight.

People posting on this IDW Community bulletin board for example routinely refer to the law as a static thing, rather than a process that goes step by step from the point at which people endeavor to defend each other voluntarily. From that point the law moves each step driven by the same base, simple, principle, never stepping outside the law, and never assuming powers that only belong to criminals.

So in this current effort, from this angle of view, I will attempt to show the simple, self-evident, facts that matter in any case at law involving misfeasance, or misprision, or whatever word conveys accurately a situation involving someone exerting government power, someone in an office of government, whereby they are charged with a duty, and they do not perform the duty that is in their charge to perform.

First there is a need to identify the self-evident principle behind the criminal nature of NOT doing one's duty when it is, in fact, one's duty to perform the duty charged to the individual member of government.

First from scripture:

"...if sinners entice you, Do not consent. If they say, "Come with us, Let us lie in wait for blood, Let us ambush the innocent without cause ; Let us swallow them alive like Sheol, Even whole, as those who go down to the pit ; We will find all kinds of precious wealth, We will fill our houses with spoil ; Throw in your lot with us, We shall all have one purse," My son, do not walk in the way with them. Keep your feet from their path, For their feet run to evil And they hasten to shed blood. Indeed, it is useless to spread the baited net In the sight of any bird ; But they lie in wait for their own blood ; They ambush their own lives. So are the ways of everyone who gains by violence ; It takes away the life of its possessors."

Now apply that self-performing knowledge of the consequences of failure to do right to an example situation such as the often told situation whereby someone in a large City, such as New York, is being robbed, raped, tortured, and murdered, and a crowd of people stand by and do nothing. Those who had a conscience before their crime of doing nothing will face that failure themselves, it will become self-evident to them, in reality, and furthermore their efforts to hide their culpability from themselves will destroy their moral conscience as they tell themselves yet another lie to cover-up their aiding, and abetting, the crimes they allow to happen on their watch.

Now from the legal literature actual, which is far and few between when dealing with so much that constitutes the mired pile of falsehoods that counterfeit actual law. Before quoting from the real law power, it may well be a good idea to mention some of the counterfeit falsehoods, on a list:

Counterfeit falsehoods:

1. Constitution of 1789 (subsidized slavery, false federal government, return to an arbitrary judicial system)
2. Judiciary Act of 1789 (official dictates used to falsely justify a return to Summary JustUS, usurping the common law system of independent grand juries, independent private prosecutors, and independent trial juries)
3. The Whiskey Rebellion Proclamation of 1794 (National slave army conscripted to invade a former independent state so as to enforce a nation tax on a free market money competitor, to ensure monopoly control of the National counterfeiting cabal: The First National Bank of the United States Corporation)
4. U.S. Constitution : Amendments XI - XXVII (National enslavement of everyone into thought crime under the clear guise of so-called "freeing the slaves." )
   Example:
   "4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void."

All those examples above constitute criminal acts against the rights of free people in liberty, as a self-evident, matter of fact.

Now to quote from actual law power, a message of importance:

Barrister.
My old Client! a - good morning to you: whither so fast? you seem intent upon some important affair.

Jurym.
Worthy Sir! I am glad to see you thus opportunely, there being scace any person that I could at this time rather have wished to meet with.

Barr.
I shall esteem myself happy, if in any thing I can serve you. - The business, I pray?

Jurym.
I am summoned to appear upon a Jury, and was just going to try if I could get off. Now I doubt not but you can put me into the best way to obtain that favour.

Barr.
It is probable I could: but first let me know the reasons why you desire to decline that service.

Jurym.
You know, Sir, there is something of trouble and loss of time in it; and men's lives, liberties, and estates (which depend upon a jury's Guilty, or Not Guilty, for the plaintiff, or for the defendant) are weighty things. I would not wrong my conscience for a world, nor be accessary to any man's ruin. There are others better skilled in such matters. I have ever so loved peace, that I have forborne going to law, (as you well know many times) though it hath been much to my loss.

Barr.
I commend your tenderness and modesty; yet must tell you, these are but general and weak excuses.
As for your time and trouble, it is not much; and however, can it be better spent than in doing justice, and serving your country? to withdraw yourself in such cases, is a kind of Sacrilege, a robbing of the public of those duties which you justly owe it; the more peaceable man you have been, the more fit you are. For the office of a Juryman is, conscientiously to judge his neighbour; and needs no more law than is easily learnt to direct him therein. I look upon you therefore as a man well qualified with estate, discretion, & integrity; and if all such as you should use private means to avoid it, how would the king and country be honestly served? At that rate we should have none but fools or knaves entrusted in this grand concern, on which (as you well observe) the lives, liberties, and estates of all England depend.
Your tenderness not to be accessary to any man's being wronged or ruined, is (as I said) much to be commended. But may you not incur it unawares, by seeking this to avoid it? Pilate was not innocent because he washed his hands, and said, He would have nothing to do with the blood of that just one. There are faults of omission as well as commission. When you are legally called to try such a cause, if you shall shuffle out yourself, and thereby persons perhaps less conscientious happen to be made use of, and so a villain escapes justice, or an innocent man is ruined, by a prepossessed or negligent verdict; can you think yourself in such a case wholly blameless? Qui non prohibet cum potest, jubet: That man abets an evil, who prevents it not, when it is in his power. Nec caret scrupulo sosietatis occultae qui evidenter facinori definit obviare: nor can he escape the suspicion of being a secret accomplice, who evidently declines the prevention of an atrocious crime.

Sure I could have merely quoted the following:

"That man abets an evil, who prevents it not, when it is in his power."

That is the principle behind the crimes known as misfeasance, misprision, and even treason. Not only are these so-called government agents guilty in fact of this crime, their guilt is greater due to the fact that they are empowered specifically to perform specific jobs as compared to general duties of average people within the whole people: The Public. Those entrusted, empowered, to perform specific duties are in principle those who are best able to perform such duties that are not necessarily duties that can be performed by most people in The Public group. Take the example offered in New York as bystanders witness a capital crime, a felony, by a gang upon an innocent victim, and among those bystanders may be old people, young people, fellow criminals learning how things are done better, ignorant people, stupid people, weak people, cowards, and any other general human possibility.

Now take another case, such as the Conspiracy Murder of Martin Luther King Jr., or the burning alive of nearly a 100 church members in Waco, Texas, or the resent persecution of the Hammond and Bundy Rancher Families, and the perpetrators (the gang) in clear view of the witnesses are getting away with murder in fact. A jury trial convicted the government of conspiracy murder in the MLK case, so that isn't even controversial, the actual law was followed actually, and then the law stopped. One conspirator on his death bed, a member of the public, not a member of the government, had to pay 100 dollars in damages, but the so-called government, guilty of conspiracy murder, escaped with whatever loot they stole, or whatever benefit they realized, for having hatched the plan to murder the victim, and having followed up with the actual murder of the victim, with malice aforethought.

So here we are, everyone in America, witnessing these, and many more capital crimes perpetrated by conspirators in our so-called government, and we do nothing, so we are guilty in fact, aiding and abetting, moral and material support, capital criminals on our watch. But the point here is to point out the greater guilt, if it be so.

Look up misfeasance and/or misprison and see if you encounter a rabbit hole made as such so as to confuse people and so as to create a false demand for experts who are the only people that can explain what the word is is.
