Treasonous Money Laundering V

They were caught, as proven beyond reasonable doubt, in, at least, the court case already posted. For the record, here is a snippet again:

"Plaintiff admitted that it, in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, which are for all practical purposes, because of there interlocking activity and practices, and both being Banking Institutions Incorporated under the Laws of the United States, are in the Law to be treated as one and the same Bank, did create the entire 14,000.00 in money or credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry. That this was the Consideration used to support the Note dated May 8, 1964 and the Mortgage of the same date. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr. Morgan admitted that no United States Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note. See Anheuser-Bush Brewing co. V. Emma Mason, 44 Minn. 318. The Jury found there was no lawful consideration and I agree. Only God can create something of value out of nothing."

They each have a name, they each breath air, eat food, and walk upon the surface of the Earth just like everyone else. None of them are listed on a presentment nor on an indictment for cause, yet many innocent people are sent to the American Gulag for counterfeit causes, trumped up charges, false accusations, false arrests, false cruel and unusual punishments, even death sentences, the prime example being the conspiracy murder of Martin Luther King Jr.

agree with this verdict?

Individual people murder innocent people. Each name on an indictment presented to the presumed to be innocent accused defendant is afforded their defensive POWER. What if they lie during a trial so as to deceive the people into a counterfeit version of precisely why the accused is in fact guilty?

The accuser either wins, and is set free from the lies that cover up the guilt of the perpetrator, or those lies are believed by the people who help defend each other with the POWER of accurate accounting of the facts that matter in the case: The Truth.

“A jury of twelve local farmers, all men and all white according to Levinson, rule in favor of Freeman in 1781, giving her freedom and awarding her 30 shillings in damages.”

The individual victim of crimes perpetrated upon the individual victim by the individual perpetrator wins when both the victim and the perpetrator are held to account for the facts that matter in the case before representatives of the public whose POWER is to judge the facts, the truth, as they discover those facts, and as they deliberate in the effort to judge the just sentence.

What if the victim is in fact the one falsely accused by the true perpetrator who has falsely accused an innocent victim?

Would there not then be cause to act in defense of the victim, and would there not then be a requirement, a duty, to reset into motion the steps that constitute due process of law in yet another case of counterfeit? False accusers who falsely accuse someone innocent of a false, fake, counterfeit crime, and no one dares to do anything about it, out of ignorance. Ignorance so severe that the ignorant are not even aware of their ignorance? Worse: the ignorant are inspired to falsely claim that they are authorities authorizing the transfer of POWER from anyone capable of producing anything worth stealing to a very few unnamed individuals whose POWER already exceeds any previous measures in the history of the human species? Worse: those ignorant, misdirected, misled, victims of falsehood, turn on their fellow human beings and force their fellow human beings from birth to death to authorize the transfer of POWER from anyone capable of producing anything worth stealing to those same unnamed, unidentified, extremely POWERFUL individuals who are already so powerful that they can make money by adding zeros to their bank account, doing so with impunity while they maintain that POWER?

Example Trials:

1. Victim frees himself from Central Banking Treasonous Fraud
   Some people have absolute POWER, as they get away with treasonous money counterfeiting, treasonous money laundering, to the point at which their POWER is so great, that they can purchase from their stolen loot FUND not merely the silence of their victims, they can turn each victim against each other victim at will. Money is no object. They can buy everything that money can buy. This is not a Thought Experiment, they can buy everything that money can buy, a fact that matters.

2. Victim frees herself from Enslavement
   People can defend themselves with due process of law. People can accuse Human Traffickers of the crime of Human Trafficking, and the victim sets herself free from the kidnapper who stole the life of the victim, and the kidnapper is sentenced to pay a fine. The Human Trafficker is found guilty, and the Human Trafficker pays the victim a fine.

3. Victims of Conspiracy Murder hold one of many Conspiracy Murderers Accountable
   Those names that escape due process of law purchase the power to delay due process of law, while it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that despite the delay, a measure of accountability was afforded to the victims as the victims fought back long enough to win at least that delayed Conspiracy Murder Case.

4. Entire Indian Nations of individual people were wiped out by specific people with specific criminal goals, such as the goal of assuming POWER over all people all the time: the POWER to buy anything that can be bought, including the silence of everyone while these people exterminate entire Nations of individuals, such as the Indian Nations. The goal of assuming POWER as absolute as Central Banking Treasonous Money Laundering, affords those criminals gaining that POWER the silence of everyone under their POWER as they strip individual people of the power of LAW, as they strip Nations of people of the power of LAW.

“The West New Jersey Assembly was to be elected by all freeholders, by the unusual institution of secret ballot, and was to be empowered to create courts and levy taxes. All legislation required a two-thirds vote of the Assembly, thus assuring a greater consensus for legislation than under mere majority rule. Claims that the Natural Laws governing people are written in the Bill of Rights often miss the point. If someone is stripped of the POWER to bring an accused criminal to court, they are thereby silenced, having no right to speak, as if the psychopaths have reached absolute POWER over the kidnap victim placed in their torture dungeon. Of course those psychopaths are smart enough to censor any information that may empower their victims with the POWER to escape their enslavement.
