The Whole V Half I

What Is The Difference Between A Democracy and Constitutional Republic?

A misleading question is like a misdiagnosis purposefully injected to enforce a fraudulent remedy at law.

A republic is a contentious Latin word traced back to at least two legal examples or precedents.

Look up Marcus Aurelius and Caligula’s dear ole’ Great Uncle Tiberius.

Republics according to Marcus Aurelius is not the same thing as Empire according to Tiberius or his legacy Caligula.

Can you act the part and exclaim with emotion on cue “Et tu Brute?”

Breadcrumbs for Hansel and Gretel's remedy:

“The death of Germanicus brought a change to Tiberius' personality; according to Cassius Dio, he became increasingly cruel “… towards those who were respected of plotting against him he was inexorable…slaves [were] tortured to make them testify against their own masters…” Tiberius would often pretend to pity those poor souls he had punished while he maintained a grudge against those he had pardoned. Suetonius concurred with this change of demeanor: “Tiberius did so many other wicked deeds under the pretext of reforming public morals but in reality (it was) to gratify his lust for seeing people suffer.”
Tiberius

What does one NOT allow in a Republic?

Free access to as many torture victims as may satisfy one's lust for innocent blood?

Empire progeny is personified in all the Caligula Wannabes infesting humanity today like inhuman parasites.

What is ONE to do?

How about a lawful remedy?

How about discovery followed by validation so as to then move the defendant named by name to their trial by jury for the crime of inflicting cruel and unusual punishment upon humanity?

But Joe, that is so, so, so antiquated as to be completely ignored for cause, why, why, why Joe, the mere sniff of it inspires a cause to forget it ever existed, so as to move forward on the way to Build Back Better the Empire disfavored and usher in that Giant Sucking Sound as Capital Flies to greener pastures in the new Favored Nation Legal Fiction Paradise where the Elite get to do as they please with whomever they please unencumbered by antiquated moral principle!

In the Media above, a product produced as a sweet-sounding Siren’s Song Titled “What Is The Difference Between A Democracy and Constitutional Republic?”, the Singer Singing the Song says:

Time 1:05:
“...a democracy is a political system in which the people have an electoral say in the legislation...”

That is also known as Majority Rules so, logically, the Minority is Fucked in the Ass.

That "version" of democracy is completely fabricated out of a Treasonous Fraud Parasitic Predators Asshole.

The Rat Smell of Fecal Matter.

Fucking their way back to counterfeit virginity.

What does Patrick Henry have to say about such underwhelming Ratty Smells?

Patrick Henry, July 7, 1788
"The style of the government (We, the people) was introduced perhaps to recommend it to the people at large; to those citizens who are to be levelled and degraded to the lowest degree; who are likened to a herd; and who, by the operation of this blessed system, are to be transformed from respectable, independent citizens, to abject, dependent subjects or slaves. The honorable gentleman has anticipated what we are to be reduced to, by degradingly assimilating our citizens to a herd."

What does sheep herders herding sheep have to do with democracy?

But Joe, the original meaning, albeit antiquated, served the original democrats, and therefore the Rat Smell was Codified for our current wants and needs.

Save our democracy, Joe, the Majority is itching to RULE the minority.

Conceived in Liberty, by Murray Rothbard
"The prevalent practice of fornication by the masters with the female slaves was regarded as “a pleasant method to secure slaves at a cheap rate.”

Make up “our” minds then, are we attempting to antiquate the moral whole truth equal footing foundations, or are we claiming original jurisdiction as our authority to take the immoral high ground?

The Athenian Constitution:
Government by Jury and Referendum
by Roderick T. Long
"The practice of selecting government officials randomly (and the Athenians developed some fairly sophisticated mechanical gadgets to ensure that the selection really was random, and to make cheating extremely difficult) is one of the most distinctive features of the Athenian constitution. We think of electoral politics as the hallmark of democracy; but elections were almost unknown at Athens, because they were considered paradigmatically anti-democratic. Proposals to replace sortition with election were always condemned as moves in the direction of oligarchy.

"Why? Well, as the Athenians saw it, under an electoral system no one can obtain political office unless he is already famous: this gives prominent politicians an unfair advantage over the average person. Elections, they thought, favor those wealthy enough to bribe the voters, powerful enough to intimidate the voters, flashy enough to impress the voters, or clever enough to deceive the voters. The most influential political leaders were usually Horsemen anyway, thanks to their social prominence and the political following they could obtain by dispensing largesse among the masses. (One politician, Kimon, won the loyalty of the poor by leaving his fields and orchards unfenced, inviting anyone who was hungry to take whatever he needed.) If seats on the Council had been filled by popular vote, the Horsemen would have disproportionately dominated it — just as, today, Congress is dominated by those who can afford expensive campaigns, either through their own resources or through wealthy cronies. Or, to take a similar example, in the United States women have had the vote for over half a century, and yet, despite being a majority of the population, they represent only a tiny minority of elected officials. Obviously, the persistence of male dominance in the economic and social sphere has translated into women mostly voting for male candidates. The Athenians guessed, probably rightly, that the analogous prestige of the upper classes would lead to commoners mostly voting for aristocrats.

"That is why the Athenians saw elections as an oligarchical rather than a democratic phenomenon. Above all, the Athenians feared the prospect of government officials forming a privileged class with separate interests of their own. Through reliance on sortition, random selection by lot, the Council could be guaranteed to represent a fair cross-section of the Athenian people — a kind of proportional representation, as it were. Random selection ensured that those selected would be representatives of the people as a whole, whereas selection by vote made those selected into mere representatives of the majority."

Electoral Politics belong in the Courts of Caligula Wannabes as a rule, not an exception.

Time 1:50
“...man’s capacity for abusing his fellow man knows almost no bounds...”

That is the blame-the-victim tactic, from WHO?

Which witch originally patented the Blame-The-Victim Fraud?

Tiberius?

Followers follow the cruel and unusual punishment ORDER.

"Machiavelli's outlook was darkly pessimistic; the one element of St Augustine's thought which he wholeheartedly endorsed was the idea of original sin. As he puts it starkly in the same chapter 18 of The Prince, men are bad. This means that to deal with them as if they were good, honourable or trustworthy is to court disaster. In the Discourses (I,3) the point is repeated: 'all men are bad and are ever ready to display their malignity'. This must be the initial premise of those who play to found a republic. The business of politics is to try and salvage something positive from this unpromising conglomerate, and the aim of the state is to check those anarchic drives which are a constant threat to the common good. This is where The Prince fits into the spectrum of his wider thought: while a republic may be his preferred form of social organization, the crucial business of founding or restoring a state can only be performed by one exceptional individual."
Introduction in my copy of The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli

The “Elite” claim to have a direct connection to God, to The Majority, and the original jurisdiction Legal Fiction source of the immoral high-ground, and despite all evidence indicating otherwise, YOU must Pay for their “Elite” protection from...

...guess WHO?

Time 2:13
“...what could be bad about a political system governed solely by popular opinion...”

A moral system is based upon a whole truth equal footing foundation.

Popular by natural law or inhumanity leads the sheep to hell on earth.

An amoral system is not necessarily based upon anything having to do with the whole truth, but no one is purposefully harmed by those using an amoral system, even when an amoral system is constructed out of amoral half-truths such as a biased prejudicial voluntary pyramid scheme.

Amway is one way, not the only way.

An immoral system depends upon an ability to inject beastly behavior into people programmed by fraud, bribery, extortion, kidnapping, torture, murder, and mass murder on a regular basis to keep humans captured in an Infantile, order-following, State.
