Step by step the slave moves from bondage, torture, and an ever present murderous death for failure to obey without question, moving each step into freedom and liberty. Free from bondage and free to invest in preserving freedom. Free in liberty: the state of being free actually.

The slave steps out of mental bondage first. The slave then steps out of physical bondage once the idea turns to effective action. Then the slave runs from physical bondage to safety. Where is safety from the mental and physical bondage of slavery?

In the cases already sighted, such as the slaves in Massachusetts, those slaves ran to Vermont. That was the last battle of the Revolutionary War, and it could have been the start of mass migration of slaves from slavery to liberty had not the criminals taken-over in 1789.

Why did the law of the land fail to work to prevent the criminal take-over of America in 1789?

What caused people to give up their moral conscience and transfer that power to an imaginary Legal Fiction instead?

The answer is inclusive in the language. The law of the land has no legs to stand on, only people have legs to stand on. People failed to move onto the step that brings the worst criminals before The People for lawful judgment. They failed then, they fail to do so now, and instead the people behind the curtain, behind the false flag, and behind the Legal Fiction - these deceivers - dictate immoral conscience to each successive generation of people, they have done so in America since the criminals took-over, and they do so with counterfeit Public Education.

But for now the idea is to imagine that people move from liberty of mind to the next step.

Stepping from bondage of mind, stepping from physical bondage, and once safely secured in liberty, the next obvious step is a visit with a member of the actual law, a visit with the local common law justice of the peace, also known as a magistrate (common law actual not counterfeit), as these individual members of The Public constitute the pool from which a common law grand jury is formed.

"The state is divided into counties. In every county are appointed magistrates, called justices of the peace, usually from eight to thirty or forty in number, in proportion to the size of the county, of the most discreet and honest inhabitants. They are nominated by their fellows, but commissioned by the governor, and act without reward. These magistrates have jurisdiction both criminal and civil. If the question before them be a question of law only, they decide on it themselves: but if it be of fact, or of fact and law combined, it must be referred to a jury. In the latter case, of a combination of law and fact, it is usual for the jurors to decide the fact, and to refer the law arising on it to the decision of the judges. But this division of the subject lies with their discretion only. And if the question relate to any point of public liberty, or if it be one of those in which the judges may be suspected of bias, the jury undertake to decide both law and fact. If they be mistaken, a decision against right, which is casual only, is less dangerous to the state, and less afflicting to the loser, than one which makes part of a regular and uniform system. In truth, it is better to toss up cross and pile in a cause, than to refer it to a judge whose mind is warped by any motive whatever, in that particular case. But the common sense of twelve honest men gives still a better chance of just decision, than the hazard of cross and pile. These judges execute their process by the sheriff or coroner of the county, or by constables of their own appointment. If any free person commit an offence against the commonwealth, if it be below the degree of felony, he is bound by a justice to appear before their court, to answer it on indictment or information. If it amount to felony, he is committed to jail, a court of these justices is called; if they on examination think him guilty, they send him to the jail of the general court, before which court he is to be tried first by a grand jury of 24, of whom 13 must concur in opinion: if they find him guilty, he is then tried by a jury of 12 men of the county where the offence was committed, and by their verdict, which must be unanimous, he is acquitted or condemned without appeal."
Notes on the State of Virginia
by Thomas Jefferson, 1781

The above is put here to help anyone reason out the logic behind awarding regular people (with no bondage to criminal or political factions) civil and criminal jurisdiction.

Cross and pile is a coin toss: heads or tails.

“... it is better to toss up cross and pile in a cause, than to refer it to a judge whose mind is warped by any motive whatever...”

Mind warp is what I call the Psychotic Narrative propagandized by members of The Cult of Might Makes Right, such as the examples previously quoted from Machiavelli and Sir. Edward Coke.

Mind warp:

“...all men are bad and are ever ready to display their malignity...” “...the crucial business of founding or restoring a state can only be performed by one exceptional individual.”
Machiavelli

Turning on my legalese translator the above is the same as the message told by every narcissistic psychopath grooming their victims for slavery and torture. Everyone else is bad, except me, so I must do the moral thing, because you cannot.

Sir. Edward Coke:
"Like all Calvinists, Coke adhered to the view that as infidels the Native Americans could have no share in God's grace, and because authority and rights derived from grace, not nature, they could have no standing under the law. Their properties and even their persons were therefore forfeit to the first "godly" person with the capacity to subdue them. "if a Christian King," he wrote, "should conquer a kingdom of an infidel, and bring them [sic] under his subjection, there ipso facto the laws of the infidel are abrogated, for that they be not only against Christianity, but against the law of God and nature contained in the Decalogue." Grounded as this idea was not only in the writings of Calvin himself but also in those of the fourteenth-century English theologian John Wycliffe, it enjoyed considerable support among the early colonists. As the dissenting dean of Gloucester, Josiah Tucker, wrote indignantly to Edmund Burke in 1775, "Our Emigrants to North-America, were mostly Enthusiasts of a particular Stamp. They were that set of Republicans, who believed, or pretended to believe, that Dominion was founded in Grace. Hence they conceived, that they had the best Right in the World , both to tax and to persecute the Ungoldy. And they did both , a soon as they got power in their Hands, in the most open and atrocious Manner."

God says I can enslave these people, don’t question my authority. Don’t ask god, ask me instead.

Mind warp.
