Justice, Injustice, and JUST-US:

Before proceeding with actual justice, due process, the law of the land actual, moving from accusation to contact with an independent grand jury (assuming that the grand jury didn’t discover the crime itself according to duty and vigilance) by the victim or the victims representative – before proceeding to step two – I am inspired to quote (republish) something I read today from the book Conceived in Liberty by Murray Rothbard, 1979.

Before quoting from that source a few comments of context may help expose the truth about counterfeit government and the Psychotic Narrative narrated by members of The Cult of Might Makes Right.

Before the criminals took over England, doing so incrementally since before Magna Carta, people employed their common law to a greater freedom than after the criminals decidedly took over, and once the criminals take-over, they then export their criminality, their lies, their threats, their tortures, their mass murders, and their Oaths of Allegiance to Falsehood Without Question, which is merely a legalese way of enforcing absolute dominance as was documented and shown earlier in that confession of guilt known euphemistically as The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Corporate (Slave Trading) Constitution of 1789.

This:
“The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.”

In other words (simpler language, factual language): the “public debt” is anything produced by anyone that is claimed to be the property of the Legal Fiction Corporate Thing run by criminals claiming to be the government; claiming to be protectors and servers of The Public. The validity of the claim of ownership of all wealth cannot be questioned. If that order of thought obedience, thought crime, is not obeyed, if there is rebellion in the mind, then the wealth being stolen will be used to crush out that rebellious spirit from those independent minds that are refusing to give up on their own moral conscience. The slaves will be made to work harder when the slaves even think about doing anything to gain their freedom back, as it is in nature.

Before moving to that message in Conceived in Liberty, a quick return to the Essay on Trial by Jury:

"It was a principle of the Common Law, as it is of the law of nature, and of common sense, that no man can be taxed without his personal consent. The Common Law knew nothing of that system, which now prevails in England, of assuming a man’s own consent to be taxed, because some pretended representative, whom he never authorized to act for him, has taken it upon himself to consent that he may be taxed. That is one of the many frauds on the Common Law, and the English constitution, which have been introduced since Magna Carta. Having finally established itself in England, it has been stupidly and servilely copied and submitted to in the United States.”

The devil in the details about precisely what was going on to facilitate that move from law to counterfeit law is offered in the book by Murray Rothbard, and I will get to a quote after reinforcing the lawful steps.

If the government was in power, then these slaves would have gone to their independent justices of the peace, who are the most honest and discrete in the common law county, and who are the pool from which a grand jury is formed. These slaves, armed with the truth and the law based upon the truth, are then empowered by the grand jury investigators, to then indict the criminal slave masters with a presentment and a court date. The master of slaves then has to justify precisely why he gets to torture people who refuse to obey every order dictated to the slave, by the master, and do so without question. The country, represented by trial jurors randomly selected from the county population (The Public), then judges the law, the facts, and determines a just remedy. The jury (the country) must unanimously agree on the verdict. If the verdict by the country (through the jury) is to award the master of slaves with absolute power over the slave, to work the slave and take all the excess wealth produced by the slave, and then to crush the life out of the slave if the slave ever refuses any order dictated to the slave by the master, then in that county, in that state, in that federation of states, there are only masters, and there are no slaves, or the jury was packed with only masters, which is a treasonous crime, and cause for a just remedy.

If there is one master in the jury who is deliberately, with malice aforethought, speaking the Psychotic Narrative to the other members of the jury who are not divorced of moral conscience, or not paid members of The Cult of Might Makes Right, then at worst (for the slave taking the master to court) there is a hung jury and cause to act in defense of moral right with yet another trial. Why?

The slave had to escape total control executed upon the slave by the master for the slave to have reached an independent justice of the peace, and the slave was a free man at the trial, where the master was on trial for the possible crime of enslaving the slave, and the future crime of recapturing and re-enslaving the slave. So the hung jury ends. The slave walks out of court. The master of slaves walks out of court. What is likely to happen to the public peace?

The Social Structure of Virginia:
Bondservants and Slaves

“Until the 1670s, the bulk of forced labor in Virginia was indentured service (largely white, but some Negro); Negro slavery was negligible. In 1683 there were 12,000 indentured servants in Virginia and only 3,000 slaves of a total population of 44,000. Masters generally preferred bondservants for two reasons. First, they could exploit the bondservants more ruthlessly because they did not own them permanently, as they did their slaves; on the other hand, the slaves were completely their owners’ capital and hence the masters were economically compelled to try to preserve the capital value of their human tools of production. Second, the bondservants, looking forward to their freedom, could be more productive laborers than the slaves, who were deprived of all hope for the future.”
