The combinatiob of Levels and your lousy search capability makes it impossuble for grand new members to reconnect with their friends migrating from facebook

How do I find the Polls? The first place I go to look for something are the 4 headings above Post, Browse, Groups, Learn so could Polls be added under Browse?

I would like to see an edit button on these posts here. I just posted a question and want to amend it. I meant to say have Topic as a separate heading under "Browse".

Under the "Browse" heading, as a new member, I would like to see topics such as whatever the current news is that day. I didn't know where I was supposed to start. All the posts and topics seem to be lumped together from all over the world. I would also like to see groups or topics geographically e.g. UK topics etc.,

Is there a desktop icon for this site

This is just a technical issue but when signing up the list of UK regions is incomplete. For instance Northumberland and Tyne and Wear are absent. The list also contains cities and towns that are not regions such as Swindon and Sutton. I also noticed that the list of regions for Thailand does not include Bangkok which is both a city and a province.
I know this is a nitpick but it could confuse or irritate people and stop them signing up.

Just please don’t be a reddit clone where upvotes and rep matter so much that people specifically make posts to rake in the upvotes and rep.

Every user name i tried was "already taken". Literally as soon as I start typing it says, "this user name is already taken". I know better. Please fix this.

Is it possible to have a news topic area where say a daily or weekly news item can be commented and/or discussed on? One of the reasons I went looking for a free speech area is because I kept getting censored on mainstream sites and I was never offensive. Sometimes even the highest rated comments on the BBC would be removed. I just don't think there is anywhere for the majority to have their voices heàrd, except the ballot box which is why Boris, Trump, The Brexit Party and others in europe won elections and still they won't allow those opinions. I am a little confused by this website. Could you add maybe some colours to the different areas so we know we are in different areas?

Venting(expressing?) makes us pitiful, a big laugh. Yet this intelligent community does not join thugs.
This is a conundrum to me.
