I've moved to a more rural area, primarily to be away from the insanity that the lower mainland (GVTD) is becoming, and am working towards a co-op style living arrangement here in the TNRD. The problem Communism runs into is that it doesn't scale past the Dunbar Number. Once you reach around 120-150 people (lol reach around), Each person is not able to know every person in the community. You stop being able to tell who might be falling short of their integrity, some of the people they know in their hearts they are injuring become anonymous, and corruption for the top jobs grows exponentially the further you get from Dunbar. So as a core tenet of establishing such a community is that it cannot exceed 130 people. If it does, the community will cease to be a legal entity and will have to form two anyway to stay together.

Now entering into a community needs to be a legal contract, like a marriage, of course with no fault divorce... I should be writing it. lol

One other thing - we need quality materials if we are going to try to build something so grand, which means quality people. There are not many around. Our culture preaches that if you don't cheat when you get a chance to then you are irrational. We need new religion. Sorry, but if the old ones were going to work, they would have by now. The RationaLuminati have stomped them to dust in the eyes of most. I have the outline for three. The fundamental core of each will be ethics - the Buddhist 5 precepts with some addendums.

I am working on building a website for open-source religion. A community will be able to go to it and choose from it whatever rituals, holidays, mythical frameworks they wish for their community and theirs only. My understanding is that Orwell saw it demonstrated when he was employed by the British government in India. All the supposed virtues of the system were window covering for the economic purposes of being there. There may be plenty of benefits to the culture after the fact, but the real motivations, other than a sense of superiority, was commercial and power.

Promote education in civics and economics. I am currently watching lectures on the founding fathers. These lectures have improved my understanding of the Constitution and why it was designed in its current form.

@rw69 reading the inaugural addresses of all the past presidents is another enlightening exercise.
