Apparently You Can Be a Boy, Girl and Non-binary All At the Same Time![youtube.com]
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 16, 2022:
Paraphrasing Dr Jordan Peterson: Self defining sexual orientation is like calling oneself God, who can be whatever He says. In a human being I call that delusion. Marxists are pushing every segment of society into their own personal delusion, because that's the only way the people will accept Marxism: under delusion. That particular segment of society experiments foolishly. I know because I tried all kinds of stupid things in my teens. So they are perfect targets for permanent delusion.

Russia Attacked Poland !!! Call For Article 5 !!! Turns out I was right.
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 16, 2022:
In case this is not another unidentified parody in Jokes and Memes (which I would consider in poor taste): The US has no business in Ukraine. Article 5 was intended to apply to aggression by Russia. So if you think Ukraine fired the missiles, Article 5 was not intended to apply to NATO members or prospective NATO members. Anyone who believes either side is not thinking critically. Anyone who thinks its about justice for the Ukrainians is not thinking critically. And without our US Constitution, anyone who thinks Ukrainians have any right to the same rights we enjoy is not thinking critically. Finally, anyone familiar with the history of the region knows that Putin had little choice but to defend Russia's interests in Crimea, against NATO's aggressiveness and interference. The US is playing a foolish game by supplying support and arms to Ukraine, in one of the most volatile regions in human history, now with nuclear weapons. Whatever happens in the region will fade into the background of the long history of misery there, and anyone with any sense will stay far away and let them try to sort it out for themselves.

Dr Ron Paul correctly observed that Republicans who lost their elections were weak Constitutionalists like Dr Oz, and every Republican who won except Kari Lake were strong Constitutionalists. We know that Kari Lake's election commissioner ran against her without recusing herself, which will prove to be a conflict of interest. The point is that the GOP is not dead as long as Republican voters want Constitutionalists, and they do. And many Democrat voters are seeing the light now too. Leftists with any sense, whether or not Democrats or RINOs, should be starting to feel that their political days are numbered, unless they credibly become Constitutionalists, like Tulsi Gabbard. But Gabbard was always a maverick Democrat. Others will never re-invent themselves before 2024, and should consider another profession, or maybe taking their ill-gotten gains and moving to a more Leftist country where they can feel more at home.

TimTuolomne comments on Nov 16, 2022:
I echo Wheeler's concerns about Trump, however I am still more concerned about the overarching problem of disrespect of the Constitution. The second reason Wheeler is concerned about Trump is his failure to remove the Deep State. IMO respect of the Constitution would mean making iron-clad legal cases against them, not just using questionable Executive fiat. Biden has made dozens of executive proclamations that are unConstitutional. The Democrats by far have regarded Constitutional protection of Citzen's rights with contempt. Most of the public can't be persuaded that they should care.

Is the US broken beyond repair?
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 15, 2022:
American voters by WWI had pretty much forgotten Constitutional principles, and why our Constitution is unique in the World. And aided by Leftists who felt the Constitution needlessly limited their power, and didn't give a hoot about individual rights, the Constitution itself was called into question by those trying to assert that it was out of date. Of course anyone who has actually studied the Great Philosophers, knows that what makes philosophy great is its timeless and universal value to humanity. Leftists are not philosophers almost by definition, or they could not be Democrats, whose surreptitious mission is destruction of the Constitution, for a purely practical reason: power. With the election of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and a Democrat Congress, the public was primed to respond with a big yawn, when in 1937 FDR unConstitutionally threatened all nine Justices with removal if they failed to vacate the Commerce Clause in the Constitution. In Wickard v Filburn, the Justices did just that in 1942, ("A stitch in time saved nine.") knowing that the progressive mood of the public was behind the elites in Washington. With that, the Federal government was no longer Constitutionally limited from telling farmers what they could and could not grow. Stalin was probably amazed that the US suddenly had Soviet style Central Planning. The creation of the Department of Agriculture was the first shot across the bow of the creation of the vast, illegal, unaccountable Federal Bureaucracy, that later spawned dozens of others, like the HSS, now controlling the life of every American through unConstitutional Obamacare, the DOE, justification of the expedient-of-the-moment creation of the FBI, the Department of Justice, and countless others. Broken beyond repair? Yes, as long as the public remains ignorant of Constitutional principles and why they matter to them. With Soviet style propaganda now feeding CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, the New York Times, the LA Times, the Washington Post... almost every American is being led to believe there is nothing wrong with our current loss of rights: freedom of speech, the right to bear arms without infringement (no permits), illegal search and seizure...basically every single Constitutional principle is being destroyed, and the public is totally asleep about it. If they had any idea at all about what is at stake, they would immediately drop whatever they are doing, forsaking their RVs, Homes & Gardens, TVs, TicToc, Instagram, friends, neighbors and family, to see to it in any way possible that we return to First Constitutional Principles, and vote out every single Democrat, RINO, Socialist, Communist, Green Party, and anti-Constitutionalist with extreme prejudice. Who is a Constitutionalist like ...

TimTuolomne comments on Nov 14, 2022:
For ANY voter to place a SINGLE issue over the entire spectrum of rights protected by the Constitution, only proves their ignorance of the Constitution itself, as if it is not the only document in the World to limit government. Some Democrats actually believe big government is better, against all common sense. Government knows nothing except power, conferred by siphoning money from the revenue stream, spending it, and regulating the people, which EVERY government in history does unfairly, as George Washington noted. Government especially knows nothing about science, history, justice or rights of the people. Only government that can be limited by tri-cameral opposition, so that it only defends the nation and regulates interstate commerce, can be regulated to provide the best justice humanly possible. Not perfect, but better than every other government. Do Democrats know that? They couldn't possibly, and vote based on a single issue.

Imaginary..."pandemic." They should try being oblivious and happy, then learning that "Duck & cover" might not even save us from an atomic bomb. Well, that threat was not imaginary. In 1962 we came literally within seconds of that being the end of the World, as we all watched. We sucked it up and lived our lives under that never-ending REAL threat... responsibly. Anyone capable of doing the math, which is not that tough, can figure out that renewables of every kind are insufficient to replace fossil fuels at the current state of technology, and may never be effective enough. The best battery technology is already 75% efficient, so gains of being twice as effective are unrealistic, because the laws of physics are in the way. Counting on technology advances is not smart, particularly when the objective goes beyond what is possible. Politicians and most non technical people are incapable of understanding that. As an engineer, I can assert that for certain. And fossil fuels will be with us for many generations, maybe several hundred years. Most alternative tech junkies are so buried in their expectations that they are poorly informed and have no idea that this is true. But no reasonable investor wants to bet on unproven alternative technology today surviving for hundreds of years, without some completely unanticipated change of direction occurring.

There was only a scare, NEVER a pandemic. COVID-19 killed only the same demographic already losing their lives due to flu every year, and the total deaths per year from all causes was not out of the expected range. COVID-19 killed healthy people at less than the rate of the annual flu. It is dubious that flu deaths almost completely disappeared, as reported in 2020, and probably means someone was manipulating the flu data to increase COVID-19 death numbers data. It is also dubious that vaccine deaths reported by VAERS are all of the deaths due to the vaccine, and probably also means that someone was manipulating the COVID-19 death numbers, also blaming COVID-19 for vaccine deaths. Eventually the truth will come out, and I believe those responsible will face criminal charges for manipulation of the COVID-19 data, and of genocide for the vaccine. Someday a true pandemic will strike the World. It is inevitable. When that happens, if it is in memory of COVID-19, everyone will viscerally know the difference, and if the truth is not out by then, it will be. And if the WEF is proved associated in any way, they will lose complete credibility. There will be nothing they can do about it.

Some of us believe that God unravels the mysteries of the Bible for us bit by bit for His purposes, not yet fully understood by us. I believe the Bible is our operation manual, to be taken as required by prayerful regard in reverent community. And I expect it to be continually confirmed by verifiable discoveries, and physics. And I believe in the Great Commission, that we are to love God, and love our neighbors as ourselves. The most essential part of loving our neighbors is to share the Bible with every person in the World.

I fear she would not have attempted this illegal move without already having them in place. The people must stand up to Hobbs, and whatever rogues are defending this outrage. Are we in the new dark ages moment?
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 13, 2022:
You are right to place your faith in God. These indeed are the New Dark Ages, in which 93% of what is on the Internet is wrong, and everyone can choose to believe any part of it, and they do. It seems as if there are human forces on Earth now trying to drive us into a new feudal state, in which we obey or starve. Those driving this imagine they will survive to rule. Most of them are mistaken. The lack of production will cause chaos in which only the most tyrannical and deadly will be able to survive and rule. This is not fantasy. It is part of actual human history already, and history repeats itself. I will be happy to starve, and place my life in God's hands.

Alexander Dugin openly calling for Putin to be assassinated [youtu.be] [youtu.be]
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 12, 2022:
Complications of the Ukraine War Christopher Caldwell Imprimis September 2022 | Volume 51, Issue 9l According to what we hear from the White House and from the television networks, the issues at stake in the Ukraine War are simple. They concern the evil of Vladimir Putin, who woke up one morning and chose, whether out of sadism or insanity, to wreak unspeakable violence on his neighbors. Putin’s actions are described as an “unprovoked invasion” of a noble democracy by a corrupt autocracy. How we ought to respond is assumed to be a no-brainer. The United States has pledged vast quantities of its deadliest weaponry, along with aid that is likely to run into the hundreds of billions of dollars, and has brought large parts of the world economy—particularly in Europe—to a standstill. Now, whenever people in power tell you something is a no-brainer, there’s a good chance that it’s a brainer. And the Ukraine War is more complicated than we’ve been led to assume. There are reasons why the U.S. might want to project power into the Black Sea region. But we must not ignore that the politics of the region are extraordinarily complex, that the Ukraine conflict is full of paradoxes and optical illusions, and that the theater we are entering has been, over the past 150 years, the single most violent corner of the planet. And unless we learn to respect the complexity of the situation, we risk turning it into something more dangerous, both for Europeans and for ourselves. Historic Roots of the Conflict Putin invaded Ukraine after the U.S. rejected his demand for a guarantee that Ukraine not join NATO. We don’t have to excuse Putin, but we should note that, until quite recently, having Ukraine in NATO was a prospect that struck even many American foreign policy thinkers as a bad idea. These included George Kennan, who was one of the architects of the NATO alliance when the Cold War began in the late 1940s. Kennan was still alert and active, at about 90 years of age, when NATO won the Cold War at the turn of the 1990s. And in 1997, during the Clinton administration, he warned that American plans to push NATO borders “smack up to those of Russia” was the “greatest mistake of the entire post–Cold War era.” John Mearsheimer, a professor at the University of Chicago, is a forceful representative of Kennan’s viewpoint. Mearsheimer is skeptical of “idealist” crusades, like the one in Iraq that George W. Bush drew the country into in 2003. He thinks President Bush dramatically overestimated the degree to which the U.S. could spread its values and its institutions. In light of present events, he especially faults Bush’s push to bring the former Soviet Republics of Georgia and Ukraine into NATO in 2008. A lot of ...

TimTuolomne comments on Nov 12, 2022:
Finally! Another voice of rationality in the darkness of the New Dark Ages. It is true. The Earth is dangerously close to the minimum atmospheric CO2 required to support plant life. Myopic climate alarmists will probably soon flip toward this as the new scare, when political opportunists realize that the public no longer believes the climate scare. I am not worried for three reasons. 1. Politically correct belief systems always morph into something else in relatively short times. 2. There is still enough CO2 in the geology and oceans of the Earth to buffer the atmosphere for longer than the latest political opportunity. 3. Thank goodness for human boosting of CO2 levels to around 400 PPM recently. Atmospheric CO2 levels were relatively constant at about 300 PPM for the last 2 million years on Earth. 146 million years ago they were around 3000 PPM; about 10 times recent levels, the Earth was populated by dinosaurs, and was not on fire. 570 million years ago they were around 6000 PPM. One of the warmest periods on Earth was the Eocene, when the average temperature rose to about 75F, and CO2 was far less than the maximums above. The current average temperature on Earth is about 57F. Climate alarmists won't tell you the complete story. Those driving the narrative are lying. The rest are too lazy to look up the facts as I have done. It wasn't difficult.
IMO.

I have no idea how any profit making agency could ever survive on publishing the truth. I wish they could, but I don't see it happening. Humans love sensationalism. They will block the road, many coming to a complete stop at risk of everyone else on the road to gawk at an accident, just for one example. Everyone can think of endless others. And government has historically proved to be even worse as a funding agency for news.
Lying.
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 12, 2022:
I disagree that lying is unnatural. IMO humans are born liars, beginning first with denial of our own faults, and expanding from there. My belief is consistent with Scripture. When I began to realize how extensive were my impulses to deceive, I was faced with the dilemma of believing myself an person of integrity. It has become a very great effort to actually become what I always told myself I was, and I find myself constantly tempted to backslide. Most people I know seem to agree. Lying is also stressful enough to trigger a lie detector because when such a device is being used, the stakes are high, one is basically already caught, and it is stressful. Those trained to defeat them are practiced at remaining calm. Pride is the number one sin in Scripture. I have personally experienced the most contempt from those whose greatest desire seemed only to "be right," whether or not at the expense of the truth. The closer I become to being an honorable man, the less I understand what that does for them.
Where do you think the _bulk_ of the biomass of plant life comes from?
TimTuolomne comments on Nov 12, 2022:
The bulk of plant life mass are water, cellulose, and sugars. Cellulose, and sugars are made of Carbon, Oxygen and Hydrogen. A Carbon dioxide molecule provides one Carbon atom for every two Oxygen atoms, and becomes the bulk of that mass that comes from only .004% of the atmosphere. (Visualize in liquid as one tablespoon for every 100 gallons) A water molecule contributes two Hydrogen atoms and an Oxygen atom. Carbon atoms and Oxygen atoms average roughly 1:1 in cellulose and sugars, and even though their combined mass is about 17 times higher per molecule, require about twice as many Hydrogen atoms as either per molecule from water, so excess Oxygen of almost equal weight as the cellulose or sugar molecule is liberated in cellular growth and metabolism. Each O2 molecule is produced in almost equal number to each CO2 molecule absorbed - which is not easy because there are so few of them in the atmosphere. It took a very long time - millions of years, to get to the 20% atmospheric O2 that we need to breathe, and was only possible because of a large reservoir of CO2 still in Earth’s geology and oceans. Remove that and we cease to exist.

They are still too dumb to connect the dots. Atmospheric methane and water vapor combined are almost 100,000 times more effective as greenhouse gasses than atmospheric CO2. So if CO2 was going to heat up the Earth, water vapor and methane would have turned the Earth to a smoking ruin a million years ago. Conclusion: CO2 is not what they claim. Also the beaches are exactly where they were 50 years ago. What else don't they know? Or maybe, what else are they intentionally trying to deceive you about?
